Melissa first found Pilates over 15 years ago, when she was looking for a way to balance the stress of her chaotic ad agency job and build core strength to help alleviate low back pain. Through Pilates she grew stronger, improved posture, reduced back tension, and moved more efficiently in every aspect of life.
She's been teaching Pilates for 3+ years, and is certified across all equipment.
She takes a fitness based approach to her fun, focused, and challenging classes, and strives to empower individuals to find greater body awareness and healthier movement patterns in their body for more optimal daily living.
