Club Pilates Instructor
Disha has been a Physical Therapist for five years and earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapist from Drexel University in 2014. She completed her comprehensive Pilates education through Club Pilates. She loves working with clients of all age groups and she truly believes that Pilates principles can help and heal as well as improve quality of life by moving beyond functional training towards integration and awareness of the whole body by engaging the stabilizing muscles. She uses Pilates principles regularly with her patients when treating exercise-related injuries, for pain management, postural improvements, core engagement for return to work/exercise. Besides being a full-time Physical Therapist and Pilates instructor she enjoys running, dancing, traveling and spending time with her loved ones.
