Brooke is an avid fitness enthusiast! She has been teaching group fitness for 15 years, including personal training and STOTT Pilates certified since 2008. Brooke completed her Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences. With a passion for health and fitness she loves running, biking and all things outdoors - which suits her new life as a Californian; as she recently moved from Utah. This passion extends into helping others enjoy health through fitness, challenging themselves to reach new goals and experiences leading to stronger, leaner and healthier bodies. Brooke loves how Pilates compliments all forms of exercise through core work, balance, flexibility, postural improvements, injury prevention and mobility of the spine, all while making those muscles grow and strengthen and perhaps even shake a bit ;). Her favorite is to fuse more traditional and high intensity training into the Pilates repertoire. Brooke lives in San Juan Capistrano and is a mom of 3 wild kids that keep her on her toes. She is so excited to be on our Club Pilates Team!
