Kimberly has been active in dance and twirling baton her whole life, she was raised in her mother’s baton and dance studio in Dalton, Georgia. Kimberly raised her kids here in Southern California, and then started teaching group fitness classes in 2010. ( Zumba, Pi-Yo, Piloxing.) Her first Pilates reformer class was in 2004, and she loved how it made her mind and body feel healthy, fit, and balanced. Kimberly became Stott certified in 2013. Kimberly says "Pilates reformer training is for everyone." Pilates helped Kimberly through breast cancer surgeries from 2015 through 2017, keeping her strong, balanced, and encouraged.
Kimberly loves inspiring and encouraging men and women through her private and group classes. Kimberly wants her members to become stronger, more flexible, improve their posture, increase core strength, and bounce back from injuries and surgeries quickly and safely through Pilates practice. Club Pilates allows her to use various Pilates apparatus to challenge clients mentally and physically while stretching and strengthening.
Kimberly is very excited to bring her love of Pilates, and her experience and knowledge of people's injuries and special population to the studio. She continues to strengthen her skills by attending workshops and researching the latest methods and technology. Kimberly's goal is to help clients feel better mentally and physically and be proud of themselves.
