Sarah has been in love with movement for as long as she can remember. Sarah started dancing at the age of 6. She loved having the ability to move her body as a form of expression, and art. Sarah later started teaching dance at the age of 16. She studied anatomy, mechanical function, and kinesiology of the body and the various ways she could help others improve their quality of movement. Sarah became a Pilates instructor in 2015 and worked with clients from all over. About four years ago she discovered Brazilian jiu-jiu-jitsu which is also known as the gentle art. She has been enjoying sweating, rolling around, and grappling with her fellow jiu-jitsu partners. Whether it's for self expression, improving quality of movement, aesthetics, or as self defense, she loves to move her body. "Let's get movin' in class!"
