Sara discovered Pilates in 2019 while working the front desk at a studio in Birmingham, Alabama. A lifelong runner, Sara was drawn to the mind-body connection and intentional movement that Pilates offered. Sara finished her 500-hour comprehensive Pilates certification through Club Pilates in December 2021. She holds a Master’s degree in nutrition sciences and works full time as a registered dietitian. Her goal is to help others appreciate their bodies and grow as Pilates students through joyful movement. When not in the studio, Sara enjoys spending time with her beloved cat Tuna, trying out new recipes, and cheering on her New England Patriots!
