"Karlee first found Pilates in 2019. She is also a RYT-200 and has been practicing yoga since 2010. Yoga is what brought Karlee to Pilates, she had a very task-oriented yoga practice and was injuring her low back as a compensation for extension and achieving poses. Pilates taught Karlee how to use her body properly and it up-leveled her yoga practice. Karlee now leads a life with less pain and more awareness of how to use her body properly. She feels passionately about sharing her journey with others; helping others also helps Karlee live the life she loves."
