Kris is a certified Pilates instructor through Balanced Body and is actively continuing her training on all Pilates apparatus. Her previous expertise as a personal trainer, certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, allows Kris to focus her teaching with emphasis on proper form and alignment while maintaining a mind/body connection. One of her most recent achievements was accomplished by completing an intense year- long nutrition program by Nutrition Therapy Association, earning her certification as a nutrition therapy consultant. She strongly believes that nutrition is a KEY component to being healthy and is passionate about empowering people.
