For over 20 years, I have held many teaching certifications including PACE, Rubber Resistance, Personal Trainer, Cycle Reebok, Integrated Movement Exercise, Booty Barre, Breathe Yoga 200 Power Vinyasa Yoga Training and YogaFit Levels I-IV Certified.
My start was simple. I never really liked exercise until I discovered Pilates, which finally gave me the profound results I was searching for in the most productive and efficient way possible. Once I began focusing on mind body exercise, everything in my life began to change. Exercise then became a way of life for me to combat lifelong digestion problems, strengthen my inner body though proper internal alignments, and learned to let go of stress with focused breathing and concentration. My body became stronger, leaner, and more flexible. Along with my Pilates training, I found that my experiences working at a local chiropractic office helped me to quickly "see" how the body moves and what adjustments (fixing imbalances by strengthening weak areas and developing better posture) are needed for proper alignment.
My teaching style will challenge your body and mind with varying energy levels as we learn about each other. I really enjoy helping people to recover from injuries or overcome any physical and mental limitations that is preventing them from living their lives to the fullest.
