In 2015, after 15 years of Hospital shifts, Mel transitioned from helping patients with their healthcare needs to aiding clients with their fitness goals. Committed to finding the Mind Body connection, Mel has completed over 500 hours of Pilates training to become a Certified Pilates Instructor. She has taken what she has learned through her Pilates practice and applied it to her other certifications to enhance the class experience.
Mel is a certified spin instructor through Schwinn Cycle, Level 2 qualified TRX Instructor and recently expanded as a certified Barre Instructor through Barre Above.
When she is not teaching Pilates, Barre or Cycling classes, she is sharing the benefits of staying active, positive and being the best version of "you" that you can be.
