Trudy loves everything health and fitness! She is a certified Pilates Instructor, Personal Trainer, and has a certification in Sports Nutrition. She has competed in 8 bodybuilding shows earning misc placings in the figure division. Her love for fitness started in 2010, when she weighed in at 205 pounds and decided to take back her health. In 2018, she underwent rotator cuff surgery, and it was during post rehab that she found pilates and fell in love with all it offered. It helped her regain her mobility in her shoulder, and introduced her to a kinder effective workout. She loved it so much she decided to become a Pilates Instructor and help others work towards their fitness goals.
