Melissa has been a fitness instructor for over 8 years. She came to Club Pilates 3 years ago because Pilates, unlike other forms of exercise, can be high intensity and low impact on your joints. The perfect mix to keep in shape! Her favorite class is the control class, why?? She loves incorporating ballet inspired movement, functional movement, and the reformer all in one class. She also likes to take the opportunity to get her class moving to the beat at the barre!
