Michelle Williamson earned a Bachelors if Science degree in Exercise a Science and a minor in Nutrition from Texas Tech University in 1993. Michelle has certifications through Balanced Body, Physical Mind Institute, Barre Above, American Council on Exercise, YogaFit, Aquatic Exercise Association, TRX, MOSSA, and Reebok. Michelle currently teaches Pilates, barre, yoga, aqua, and MOSSA programming. She personal trains and writes continuing education for Group Fitness instructors. Michelle is a wife of a retired Air Force pilot with 28 years of service. They have 3 kids: Nikki 21, Greg 19 and Lauren 12 and two dogs: Jesse James and Annie Oakley. Michelle also served in the Air Force for 3-1/2 years. Michelle’s hobbies include hiking and making key fobs. She loves to cook and try out new recipes. Michelle owns Williamson Wellness, a nutrition coaching and personal training business. Through Club Pilates She would love to offer personal sessions on the reformer and take your Pilates practice to the next level. Michelle’s philosophy on fitness is that you need to look at the whole person for true deep health. Fitness is only an aspect of the wellness wheel and to truly capture deep health, you need to be in sync with your surroundings and recognize that all aspects of your life drive your health. You are the owner of your wheel. She encourages and supports all of her clients through a listening ear and a deep desire to walk your journey with you.
