Arda comes to us from Istanbul Turkey, where he was a professional volleyball player and a swimmer. In 2011, he suffered a knee injury and during rehab, he started to do Pilates. Arda was fascinated by the way Pilates helped him isolate the muscles and improve power, flexibility, balance, core strength, coordination, and body awareness. After noticing the transformation with his own body, he decided to become a Pilates instructor and help others reach their goals, live pain free, recover from injuries, have better posture, look and feel better.
Arda did his comprehensive Pilates training with Balanced Body. He is also a personal trainer and has a degree in Kinesiology. Therefore, he has an exceptional understanding of the human anatomy and physiology, which he brings to every single session. Since 2014, he has been training athletes and other clients from ages 5 to 85.
He believes that challenging our body, getting out of comfort zones, and doing something different will bring immeasurable benefit to our lives.
