Bri started practicing Pilates in high school through her dance studio as her ballet teacher was also a Pilates instructor. Bri found that many of the principles in Pilates were similar to dance and the two assisted each other while promoting muscle strength & increased flexibility. She first started her journey at Club Pilates 3 years ago while taking her moms classes at the Huntersville location and started really enjoying the practice. Bri decided to pursue Pilates as a career in April 2021 and complete the comprehensive certification. Bri has a passion for fitness in her daily life and practices Pilates, yoga and runs to stay active. She enjoys helping clients feel confident in their bodies capabilities and what they can accomplish through low impact exercises at Club Pilates.
