A Charlotte, NC native, I attended the University of Mississippi (Hotty Toddy) earning my Bachelor's of Social Work and the University of South Carolina to obtain my Master's of Social Work. When I am not teaching or working out, I love to cook, bake, and catch up with my family and friends. I have a passion for people and helping them become the best versions of themselves. Since a young girl, I have always wanted to live in Texas. Now that my dream is becoming a reality, I am excited to share my energy, joy, and optimism with my clients.
I have always had a passion for health and wellness. Unlike many Pilates instructors, my background includes more team sports like soccer, field hockey, and basketball. Also, I am a dedicated runner and walker (not as dedicated, but still love it!). If you asked my mom about my ballerina/dance days, she would tell you that I was the worst one on the stage :). My family has practiced Pilates for years to help with scoliosis and other injuries, so when I moved to a new city, I decided to try it out. I quickly fell in love with the type of exercise and added it to my daily routine. Pilates taught me to appreciate my body and all its capabilities. And, through teaching, I hope to help others love themselves inside and out.
