Julie is a lifelong fitness enthusiast who got her start in the fitness industry as a Yoga instructor. She was introduced to Pilates in 2004 at the health club where she taught yoga and other fitness modalities. When she discovered how much the increased core strength and stability from Pilates helped her other fitness pursuits she knew she wanted to become an instructor. Julie loves to help others find the connection to their core and to help them feel and function their best. She completed her comprehensive training with STOTT PILATES at the New York training center in 2010 and is certified by the National Pilates Certification Program (formerly the Pilates Method Alliance).
