Britt brings her years of dance training, experience as a physical therapy aid, love of people, and Pilates education to the members at Club Pilates Folsom. Britt has a zest for life and believes when you feel energized, healthy, flexible and strong you can enjoy life to the fullest. She encourages members to approach their Pilates practice with curiosity, ask questions, trust their bodies, and find ways to integrate the principles of Pilates into their daily lives outside the studio.
Britt completed her Comprehensive Pilates Training through Balanced Body University. She holds her personal training certification through the International Sports Sciences Association and has completed specialty courses in sports injuries, sports nutrition and The Franklin Method. In 2017 she was voted #1 Pilates Instructor in Folsom and El Dorado Hills. When she’s not at the studio, she loves to travel, take dance classes, and make organic skincare products.
