Fitness has been a passion for Claire since her high school years, as a cross country runner and cheerleader. Combining her extensive teaching backgroundwith a fitness profession has been a rewarding journey.
Claire has worked in the fitness industry for more than eight years. In addition to being certified in Pilates, she is also an AFAA-certified group fitness instructor. She has taught mat Pilates, yoga, indoor cycle, aqua, and bodyworks but now loves helping her clients attain their goals through reformer Pilates.
Claire strives to create a unique mind/body experience, focusing on each clients’ strengths and personal development. She loves seeing the progressive changes to her clients’ physical and mental well-being. Claire teaches with a strong foundation of education and variety to enhance clients’ experiences. She believes reformer Pilates is for everyone to achieve a happier, longer life.
When not in the studio, teaching or improving her own skills, Claire enjoys city/trail walking, hot yoga, reading, and family time.
