Brenda started her Pilates practice after she suffered from a back injury. She quickly realized the benefit Pilates had in her recovery and this led her to becoming an instructor. Brenda enrolled in the Bod-e-Motion Pilates certification, based on Body Precision coursework. She began teaching Pilates in 2007 and has worked in the fitness industry for over 25 years. She teaches a wide array of fitness classes including Barre, Spin, Boot Camp, & Kickboxing. She is a graduate of Georgetown University & holds a master's degree in Human Resources from Marquette University.
