Dina Perreault is returning to her group fitness roots. In college, she played NCAA Volleyball and Softball and was certified by the National Dance Exercise Instructor Training Association (NDEITA) teaching aerobics and working as a personal trainer. Upon graduation, she joined the US Army as a PATRIOT missile officer. She has completed several marathons and triathlons and has jumped out of perfectly good airplanes. She is also a 2nd degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do and continues to train and teach in that martial art. Decades of fitness adventures resulted in a knee replacement and brought her to Club Pilates to rebuild strength and balance to allow her to continue her adventures with her husband, their 3 children and their granddaughter. As she prepares to semi-retire from a career as a Human Resources executive, she is excited to share her love of fitness and movement with others.
