I was introduced to Pilates at the age of 8 where I started mat Pilates at my Irish Dance Studio. After multiple injuries I began doing reformer pilates and absolutely fell in love with it. I was able to use Pilates as a way to not only recover from injuries but also help strengthen while doing so. I love the mind, body, connection that pilates offered me while dancing and continues to offer me. Pilates has helped me through my wellness journey as I’ve had to implement healthy lifestyle changes. My love for Pilates has only continued to grow overtime and I knew that I wanted to become a Pilates instructor so I went through Club Pilates Teacher Training. I’m excited to be able to share my love for Pilates with others and continue to practice the Pilates method for the rest of my life.
