Rachel has always been health-conscious and into fitness. From spinning to working out in a traditional gym, she has always found ways to stay active. Family life with her husband and two sons is wonderful but hectic and she found true balance in her first Pilates class. Since then it has been a life changing journey learning to incorporate fitness and well-being into her everyday life. She loves the feeling that Pilates has brought into her life and is excited to bring that to all of her students!
