Amy found her passion for fitness playing volleyball and running track throughout middle school and high school, always looking up to her coaches as role models and mentors as they really taught her how to persevere and find my edge. She learned at a very young age how important physical activity is for your mental health. Carrying that mindset with her to college, she began studying Health Promotion at the University of North Texas. After 2 years of college under my belt she had to put a pause on school, and thankfully ended up working the front desk at Club Pilates. She fell in love with the Pilates method and the endless benefits it has on the brain/body connection, and of course the awesome members. She looks forward to helping people with their practice and being the person that her coaches were for her.
