She is also a Registered Yoga Teacher and has been teaching Yoga since 2013. She was drawn to Pilates and Yoga when she discovered she had several bulging discs in her spine and was suffering from neck, back and hip pain from teaching high impact classes. Pilates helped her realize that when you hurt, you don’t have to quit, you just have to work “smarter”. Nancy enjoys cooking, gardening, reading, watching movies with her family, dancing, and her latest hobby: knitting and crochet. She also loves to travel and snow ski with her family. She recently started caring for Wells who is a 91 year old gentleman with dementia. She believes in helping others, being kind and in the power of positivity.
