Taylor has lived in Virginia Beach since she was 8 years old. Growing up, she was a competitive gymnast and equestrian, also spending much of her free time surfing and snowboarding with her family. Taylor took her first Pilates class in 2019 and was immediately obsessed - she finally found a fitness approach that is physically challenging but also made her body feel good at the same time! After she graduated from Old Dominion University with a degree in Business Administration, she decided to become a certified Pilates instructor through Club Pilates. She loves how Pilates is not just good for her body, but also her brain, often referring to the practice as a “moving meditation.” Taylor enjoys helping people look and feel their best and recognized the opportunity she had to do this through Pilates. She says ”Pilates can be used in so many different ways depending on the client’s goals, whether it be rehabilitative, athletic, etc., Pilates is customizable for each individual client, creating an inclusive environment for both healing and growth. I think that’s rare and special, it’s really something I'm proud to be a part of!”
