Orysia attended the High School of Performing Arts for Dance. Her passion for dance started at a very young age and she studied classical ballet for many years, She developed some typical Dancer injuries and working out at the gym and using heavy weights started aggravating her old injuries. So she began looking for exercises to help heal and relieve some of the pain. That is how her pilates journey began. Pilates helped her stay strong, find balance, stay lean and flexible. She is excited to teach the Pilates method to others.
