I have been involved with Pilates for over 20 years, starting in university. I started teaching again this year after completing my comprehensive certification through Club Pilates. I have used Pilates as a way to regain movement, strength, flexibility, decrease pain and inflammation, and continued my weight loss journey. I love teaching Pilates as I am able to share the benefits with clients to help them achieve their goals be it fitness, weight loss, increase in mobility, decreasing pain and inflammation, or to find balance and their mind body connection leading to a healthier lifestyle all around. I believe we make clients, not patients, and continue with that mindset through teach class we teach!
