Julie became a Club Pilates member in 2017. She loved the mind-body connection, increasing flexibility, balance, muscle tone, and how to combat stiffness from a desk job. After a long career in corporate America, Julie wanted to transition to helping others, including their Pilates practice. She has taken 500 Pilates classes and began the Club Pilates teacher training program in 2020, completing nearly 500 training hours. Julie, currently an apprentice at Club Pilates, aspires to help her clients build a healthy, strong mind and body.
