Instructor
Nancy was excited to discover Club Pilates Klein and actually joined before it officially opened. She started classes quickly and was the first member at CP Klein to reach 100 classes. Nancy’s interest in Pilates dates back to her college days at Baylor where she discovered Pilates in a magazine article in the library. Little did she know that the isometric exercise routine she did every night was actually a Pilates mat exercise. Keeping active and flexible are extremely important to Nancy. She was born with Spina Bifida, a neural tube defect, and as a result suffers from chronic pain and neuropathy in her right leg. Needing a safe and effective form of exercise that was appropriate for her body she discovered Club Pilates. The love of Pilates and working with people made the idea of training as an instructor an easy step for Nancy. Nancy successfully completed the 500 hour Club Pilates Teacher Training Program. She really enjoys sharing her wealth of technical information and helping her clients gain confidence as they make progress in their Pilates practice. Nancy is an excellent example of our corporate slogan DO PILATES DO LIFE. Nancy is a retired banker. After leaving banking to become a stay at home mom when her son went to middle school, she became a very active school volunteer. Now as an empty nester she and her husband love to travel. Nancy also enjoys painting, drawing, reading, her dogs and just the pretty parts of gardening. They added a daughter in law to their family last summer and are now waiting on grandchildren to spoil
