Chrissy Leigh Arnold
Lead Instructor
A Boulder-native, Chrissy was certified at Whole Body Method in Los Angeles, which teaches a holistic approach to classical Pilates. She has trained clients of all ages and levels during her ten years of teaching experience while specializing in those who were pre/post-natal, had scoliosis, and also athletes. She believes Pilates can heal and transform the body like no other form of exercise while improving any physical activity for the better. She began dancing at the age of two and that led her on a life-long journey of movement and performing both as a dancer and as an actor. She found Pilates in college as a way to cross-train for dance. When an injury led to Chrissy having hip surgery shortly after, she immediately found a rehabilitation program that was heavily based in Pilates and went from a month on crutches to dancing and auditioning again within just five months. It was at that point that Chrissy realized there was so much more to Pilates than just fitness. She decided Pilates needed to be in her life forever and the best way to do that was to get certified as an instructor. She was hired at Whole Body Method during the final level of her certification and taught group classes as well as privates before also joining the team at Equinox Beverly Hills, a high-end luxury fitness club. She recently moved back to the Longmont area and is excited to be a part of the Club Pilates team!
