As a self-proclaimed fitness aficionado, Cyndi has always loved working out and enjoys learning new things. She has tried weight lifting, yoga, boxing, spinning and has completed numerous half marathons. When she took her first Pilates class, she was immediately hooked! She noticed that other exercise programs put a lot of wear & tear on her joint, but Pilates has made her more flexible, stronger and in much less pain after workouts. After 33 years as a computer network engineer, Cyndi is excited to begin her journey as a Pilates instructor and share her love of Pilates with others. She can't wait for you to join her in class!
