Adina started Gymnastics at an early age and quickly learned the positive benefits of body movement, both physically and mentally. Gymnastics was just the spark that plugged her in body-movement avenues that she never experienced before. For many years, she practiced Irish Step, Flamenco, Contemporary Dance and last, but not least, "Ballroom Dance", such as Samba, Cha-Cha, Rumba, Jive, Pasodoble, Waltz, which she enjoyed socially, but mostly competitively.

She became a fully certified "Balanced Body" Comprehensive Instructor at Club Pilates, now teaching all the exercise systems she enjoyed practicing. Adina is very passionate about helping others to feel better and move better. Making a difference in someone's body is what drives her the most. She wants to continue her education and pursue more avenues of knowledge of the body.Adina thinks that "Aside training and conditioning your body with Pilates, gaining strength, balance, posture and alignment, the sense of achievement and being in control itself has a positive impact on people's psyche" because just like Joseph Pilates once said, " Physical fitness is the first requisite of happiness"
When she is not teaching, Adina enjoys practicing Pilates, TRX, Barre and Yoga. She is an animal rescue volunteer, a deep thinker and a nerd that likes to spend endless hours doing research and reading literature, especially articles on nutrition, and anything that involves body movement.
