Kerry Ruggieri has been practicing Pilates for more than a decade and will talk about its benefits to anyone that will listen. She took that longtime obsession to the next level and became comprehensively trained through the Club Pilates teacher training program. As someone who grew up doing every sport from swimming to skiing, she struggles with muscle tightness and imbalance on an ongoing basis, so she delights in helping members challenge their strength and balance while alleviating aches and pains. Her instruction focuses on great flow and teaching clients to balance their bodies to gain strength. She loves helping students of all kinds discover what Pilates can offer for their personal well-being. It’s her mission to help members find and activate their lesser utilized muscles!
