Meet Haley! She is the studio Lead Instructor. She found Pilates a decade ago. She noticed changes in her body after only three lessons. Haley trained at the Midwest Pilates Institute. Her goal has been to help people realize their health goals as well as strengthen their bodies. Haley loves to help people wake up the mind-body connection and strengthen their core through the Pilates method. Concentration, control, precision, breath and flow are some of the Pilates principles that you will focus on throughout your Pilates training. Everyone can do Pilates. Haley has helped thousands of people to feel & move better and recover from injuries through Private training as well.
