Natalie Ingram believes Pilates brings joy and happiness to life. She has been practicing, training and teaching Pilates since her teens. She started her practice during her competitive soccer training and was hooked ever since. As so many before her, she quickly discovered the life changing the benefits of Pilates as her Scoliosis continues to be much improved through her practice. She testifies to the rehabilitative capabilities as well as the resculpting results of Pilates as she has practiced Pilates through all of her own pregnancies and rehabilitations after C section deliveries of her children and has seen countless clients enjoy life much better as they use Pilates to strengthen and rebalance their bodies. She trained and received her Pilates Certification in Richmond, VA and NOVA under Classical and STOTT Methods. She is also certified in and enjoys Pilates on the SUP (Stand Up Paddle board) when weather permits! Natalie has enjoyed teaching and sharing Pilates across many states and now is ecstatic to share Pilates in the beautiful Monument, Colorado area! She affirms Pilates is an excellent regimen for all body types, and levels. Natalie enjoys utilizing Pilates props and equipment in her classes and truly loves sharing Pilates with everyone!
