Kimber is a highly qualified fitness professional with a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and a minor in Psychology. She decided she wanted to go into fitness to show the importance of fitness for preventative health. As an American College of Sports Medicine Exercise Physiologist, she brings a scientific approach to fitness. In 2000 she became Comprehensive Certified PHI Pilates Instructor. She has been trained TRX, Bosu, Resistaball Strength & Mobility, hyperice and foam rolling, AFAA, PACE, Silver and Fit, Zenlattes and more. She quickly fell in love with Pilates. “There is no other type of fitness that I teach (and I have taught almost all of them) that completely connects mind, muscular strength, muscular endurance, mobility, cardiovascular endurance and balance.
