Kiersha

Instructor
While getting her masters degree in physical therapy at the University of Utah, Kiersha was introduced to the therapeutic benefits of Pilates. Her native interest in anatomy, sports and fitness led her to become a client of Club Pilates and to seek to study the practice in more depth. She is a graduate of Polestar Pilates comprehensive teacher training program and has studied the Pilates suspension method (Pilates TRX fusion) - foundation level and 2.0. Recreationally, she loves skiing on snow and water and paddle tennis. She is a New Canaan resident. She and her husband are the parents of two daughters and two sons. Growing up out west, she played volleyball, basketball and softball. She believes that the practice of Pilates complements all athletic endeavors. It balances, strengthens and lengthens the body while protecting against injury. A regular practitioner of Pilates will gain better posture and stronger core. It’s the secret sauce to fitness. If you want to be better at whatever you do - do Pilates.
