Ryo was first introduced to Pilates back in 2001, according to Ryo, Pilates is a way of living! Our daily movements are represented by the muscles groups we train in class. Helping others understand the connection, and benefits of Pilates will only enhance their awareness on how they should move through life. A healthy mind, and a healthy body equates to success!! Ryo is a Certified STOTT PILATES®method Instructor. Additionally, she received her Club Pilates Bridge Certification in April of 2015.
