I grew up training as a figure skater, but as an adult with a busy schedule, I’ve found that Pilates has been the most enjoyable, sustainable, and results-driven workout for me. I personally love the mental health benefits of exercising just as much as the physical results - releasing those endorphins while exercising can make your day turn around! My sister introduced me to Club Pilates, and I instantly loved the upbeat classes that allow you to enjoy exercising regardless of where you are in your fitness journey. Outside of the studio, I am usually playing baseball with my nephews, dancing to Disney songs with my niece, and cuddling with my little dog, Daisy.
