Samantha has danced since she was four years old and enjoyed many dance styles including ballet, modern, and contemporary. While at college, she had the wonderful opportunity to learn under many professional dancers from New York and around the country. She graduated from Randolph College with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance and a minor in Sports Exercise Studies. Dance has given Samantha both a great awareness of the body and the importance of movement in feeling your best. Samantha found a love for Pilates while growing up and saw its many benefits for herself and others. After experiencing the remarkable changes Pilates can bring, she decided she wanted to help others in their Pilates journey and their movement goals.
