After only three months of practicing Pilates, Rachel Miles fell in love with it and decided she had begin teaching as a career.
Rachel’s been performing since she was a child and you can definitely feel that in her classes. She loves the energy and flow of Pilates and especially enjoys the opportunity help people deepen their practice and get more in touch with their bodies.
