As a classical trained ballerina, Caroline believes Pilates is food for the soul. Pilates should never
hurt or cause pain but with each session help to make you feel better than when you initially
walked through the door. Caroline received her Pilates Certificate from Texas Christian
University with over 650 hours of comprehensive training on all pieces of equipment. She
believes Pilates is for any body. She has experience working with dancers, athletes and everyday
professionals. Her training includes functional anatomy, history, philosophy, ethics and
information on health and wellbeing, including but not limited to an overview of physical
conditions that have contraindications and require modification or deletion from practice.
Caroline seeks the uniqueness of each body. She believes a balanced body supports a balanced
mind. She looks to uphold the authenticity of Joseph Pilates himself, but most importantly keep
the bodies in front of her safe.
