Kim started teaching fitness in 1993 while she was in the Navy and discovered Pilates in 1995 after having lower back issues after her first pregnancy. Kim is comprehensively certified through STOTT PILATES® with a specialty in Injury & special populations, has a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science from the University of NH, is a Functional Aging Specialist®, Wellness Coach, TRX instructor and owned her own Pilates and post-rehab studio for 10 years. Kim believes in training the body through functional movement patterns that serve your life both in and out of the studio. In her spare time she enjoys hiking in the White Mountains, kayaking, cross-country skiing, traveling and spending time with her family, friends and dogs.
