Nancy was first introduced to Pilates in 2007 after a spine surgery and reintroduced in 2014 after her neck injury. Her love for Pilates and her fascination for the restorative side grew over the years. In 2020, when the world shutdown, she woke up. She woke up to loving life, loving helping people and loving her body through Pilates. This love continues to “go and grow” in every aspect of her life. She focuses on breath technique, mind body connections, proper form/core connection, and honoring your beautiful body. And of course, having fun!
