Dawn has always loved a physical challenge from gymnastics, kickball and floor hockey when young, to indoor cycling, hiking, skiing and boot camp classes as an adult. She discovered Pilates after a back injury. The improvement in her back and in overall strength and balance happened pretty quickly. She was drawn to Club Pilates because of the accessibility of the instructors, the variety of classes and the amazing clientele. After taking classes for 3 years, she was inspired to join the Club Pilates Teacher Training Program. She hopes to share her love of Pilates by educating and challenging her clients while also creating a fun and approachable environment. When she is not teaching, you will find her reading a book or spending time with her family.
