Krissie first came to Pilates strictly for a fitness routine. She had been active in dance and sports when she was younger, but working a desk job for several years, driving around in Los Angeles traffic, and trying to squeeze in a run now and then became routine and rough on her body. Krissie started integrating Pilates along with other fitness classes into her schedule. She found Pilates was the only exercise she didn’t get bored with, and her body felt so much better after each class. She loved learning the reason and science behind the movements, and the idea of helping people live their lives without pain! Krissie decided to become a Pilates instructor when she moved to Nashville in June of 2018 and enrolled in Club Pilates’ 500-hour comprehensive Teacher Training program. Krissie is currently teaching at Club Pilates Indian Lake, Belle Meade, North Gulch, and Maryland Farms and will also be teaching at our newest studio, Cool Springs (opening November 2019)!
