Susan’s passion for Pilates began in 2002 after seeing the positive effects it provided within her body. Due to scoliosis, Susan constantly battled lower back pain and weakness in her legs. After a few sessions, Susan had more energy. After a few months, symptoms in her back and legs were subsiding. At that point, she was hooked, and started a lifelong commitment to teach others how they can reform their lives through Pilates.
As an accomplished Chef and certified nutrition consultant, she has created signature dishes for high-end restaurants, such as Waldorf Astoria and Tommy Bahamas. Her love for educating other and finding balance through diet and exercise is evident in her role as curriculum developer for various culinary and health & wellness programs.
Susan relocated from Naples, Florida in 2018 and is excited to be on the Club Pilates team! She welcomes everyone who is willing and wanting to transform their body by improving strength, balance, and mobility.
