I want to live in a world where Pilates reformers can be found at every club and people cheer when they get to do bridges and planks! During the week I work for Riverview Health applying my degree in exercise science to educate and engage the community on the latest fitness guidelines and trends to live healthier, more productive lifestyles.
In addition to my grown-up job, several times during the week I transition to a mild-mannered Pilates instructor for CP. I enjoy developing and implementing classes that are a hybrid of traditional fitness exercises infused with Pilates principles. My goal is to one day hold numerous awards and recognitions for my earthquaky ab work.
When not coming up with new ways to perform rollbacks on the EXO chair, I can be found tackling projects around the house, finding new-fangled ways to overcook just about any food and binge watching the latest TV series du Jour on Netflix.
Stay tuned! My next Pilates adventure will be considered unconventional by the community and most definitely commented on by creative think tanks and stuffed-shirt government types alike.
