Certified Pilates Instructor
I completed my comprehensive training through Pilates Sports Center in 2014. Since then, I have earned certifications in TRX, barre and TriggerPoint. I strive to always give my best in class and pass on the knowledge I’ve learned throughout all the various trainings and workshops I have attended.
As a mother of four, I can relate to a busy schedule and struggling to find the time for yourself. Pilates started out as a way for me to shape my body after I had my third child in 2006. Pilates helped me get back to my pre-baby body then, as well as after baby number four in 2012, but there was something deeper than just the physical. I found that my mind was more relaxed after class, even if my muscles were still a little shaky. The breath, the concentration and the mind-body connection were the Pilates principals I fell in love with; the joy I feel helping others find their own connections in Pilates is why I love to teach.
